A brief summary of our line. We do have more info some that has been documented and some not.

Our line that we know started in Genesee Co. New York. By 1860 they were in Oswego Co. New York

3rd *Great Grandfather is our brick wall.

Unk *Jackson married a Caroline Sarah Unk b. abt 1801 d. 4/15/1844 age 43, where or when they married unk. But know they were in Genesee Co. NY in 1819 where their 2 children were born.  We strongly believe these are the only children they had.  Caroline Sarah remarried to a Daniel Sterling before 1844.  Believe that Unk Jackson died shortly after his daughter was born.

1. William Archibal Jackson b. 9/1/1819 d. 8/16/1863 (2nd great grandfather) (have Civil War pension file)
2. Sarah Caroline Jackson b. 10/1/1820 d. 5/31/1849 age 28. (married Edmund Strever)
Caroline and Sarah are buried in Wright Settlement Cem. Rome, Oneida, NY.

William Archibal Jackson married Catharine Blow b. 11/5/1820 d. 1/1/1902 both are buried in Myrtle Cem. Redfield,  Oswego Co., New York

2. Marion V.D. Jackson b. 8/19/1851 Osceola, Lewis Co. NY (great grandfather)
3. William Archibal Jackson Jr.
4. Edward P. b. 6/29/1860 d. 7/1869

Marion V. D. Jackson b. 8/19/1851 Osceola, Lewis Co. NY d. 11/13/1903 - married Jane I. Guthrie b. 2/17/1859 England, d. 7/13/1911 both buried in Fernwood, S. Richland Cem., Oswego Co., NY

1. Edward P. b. 6/12/1884 d. 11/22/1885
2. Catherine Elizabeth - never married
3. William Thomas Jackson b. 6/28/1891 d. 5/21/1948 (grandfather)
4. Lewin Casper Jackson b. 2/19/1899 d. 10/11/1918

William Thomas Jackson married Ella May Josephine Reynolds b.9/20/1894 d. 8/16/1996 (yes she was 101 yrs old)
Children
1. William Thomas Jackson Jr. b. 4/17/1917
2. George Edgerton Jackson b. 6/17/1918
3. Leon David Jackson
4. Harold A. Jackson
All of the above brothers have passed on. All were born in Oswego Co. NY

George E. Jackson married Eleanor Irene Hall
