I have an observation to make regarding Theodore Frelinghuysen Jackson-1723 that should be included in a note lest anyone think that possessing the middle name "Frelinghuysen" may indicate a lineage with that family. He was in fact named after Theodore Frelinghuysen (1787-1862), a very popular New Jersey politician, after whom numerous individuals born in the area during the 1830's and 1840's were named. Although it might seem unusual from our jaded Twenty-First-Century point-of-view, people in the 1800's held some of their statesmen in the highest regard, and even thought that these politicians were the epitome of a great citizen, so they would name their sons after these men in hopes that their children would aspire to greatness."
1562. "General" Edward Eugene Jackson-878
From the research of Dr. Anthony L. Troha, and contributed Nov, 2009:
Death Notice for Edward E. [Eugene] Jackson-878
from "The Iron Era", Friday, June 3, 1898 (Volume XXVIII, Number 28, Page 5, Column 1)
"The funeral of the late Edward E. Jackson was held from St. John's Episcopal Church at 8:30 o'clock on Tuesday afternoon. The pallbearers were Messrs. J. N. Brown, Henry Misel, John Venner, Julius Hairhouse, James Shanks and M. V. B. Searing. A delegation from Acacia Lodge, No. 20, F. and A. M., was in attendance. The Rev. Dr. Crittenton conducted the service. Interment was made in Rockaway cemetery."
Munsell's History of Morris County, Page 320, states that he was the treasurer of Acacia Lodge, No. 20, F. and A. M., which explains their presence at the funeral service.

Doty-Doten Family in America; Descendants of Edward Doty, An Emigrant by the Mayflower, 1620; pg 452 records the marriage of Mary E. Jackson to Deliver Condit. But no record has been found of a 'Deliver' Condit.
Contributor Dr. Anthony L. Throha dug deeper to find the following:
From "The Iron Era" Newspaper, Friday, April 30, 1897 (Volume XXVII, Number 23, Page 2, Column 4)
"Real Estate Transfers.
...
Mary E. Condit and Israel D., her husband, to Miles Lowery, lot in borough of Rockaway, $50."
The wife's name agrees with Mary Edwinna Jackson-17226, and the husband's name does have a middle initial of "D.", so perhaps his middle name is "Deliver". Pursuing this further, both in The Iron Era and on Ancestry.com, I found that there were two individuals with the name "Israel D. Condit" that are listed on Ancestry.com and correspond to those mentioned in The Iron Era. Israel Dodd Condit (1802-1897) was the father of Israel Delamar Condit (1841-?). Because they shared the same middle initial, the father often went by "Israel D. Condit, Sr." and his son was frequently listed as "Israel D. Condit, Jr.". Unfortunately, The Iron Era made no distinction, and I had to determine who was who based on their ages. Using this information, another Internet search produced the following genealogical webpage listing:
From http://familytreemaker.genealogy.com/users/f/a/y/Elizabeth-Fay/BOOK-0001/0008-0005.html,
38. Israel D.6 Condit (Mary5 Dodd, Hannah4 Condit, Isaac3, Peter2, John1 Cunditt) was born Jul 9, 1802 in Orange, NJ, and died Jan 29, 1897 in Millburn, NJ. He married Caroline Eaglesfield Oct 1, 1826. She was born Feb 18, 1805 in Springfield, NJ, and died Mar 22, 1887 in Millburn, NJ.
Children of Israel Condit and Caroline Eaglesfield are:
98 i. Theodore E.7 Condit, born Jul 3, 1827 in Millburn, NJ; died Aug 16, 1827 in Millburn, NJ.
99 ii. Caroline A. Condit, born Feb 10, 1829 in Millburn, NJ; died Mar 26, 1861 in Millburn, NJ. She married Edward S. Hand Jan 16, 1861; born in Millburn, NJ.
100 iii. Phebe E. Condit, born Jan 17, 1831 in Millburn, NJ; died Nov 5, 1831 in Millburn, NJ.
+ 101 iv. Martha G. Condit, born Aug 20, 1832 in Millburn, NJ; died Nov 30, 1911 in Millburn, NJ.
+ 102 v. Francis Ridley Condit, born Mar 16, 1834 in Millburn, NJ; died May 14, 1907 in Millburn, NJ.
103 vi. Henrietta E. Condit, born Apr 18, 1836 in Millburn, NJ; died Dec 30, 1836 in Millburn, NJ.
104 vii. Eudora C. Condit, born Apr 28, 1837 in Millburn, NJ; died Apr 14, 1839 in Millburn, NJ.
105 viii. Israel Delamar Condit, born Jan 16, 1841 in Millburn, NJ; died in Dover, NJ. He married Mary E. Jackson Oct 5, 1864; born Jan 20, 1843 in Newark, NJ; died in Dover, NJ.
This was confirmed when I tracked down a book about the Condit Family on Archive.org:
"Genealogical Record of the Condit Family, Descendants of John Cunditt, A Native of Great Britain, Who Settled in Newark, N.J., 1678 to 1885" by Jotham H. Condit and Eben Condit, printed and published by Ward and Tichenor, Newark, N.J. (1885).
Page 243
"67. Israel D. [Condit], born January 16, 1841; married, October 5, 1864, Mary E. Jackson; residence, Millburn; no family."
But what about "Deliver"? Where did Ethan Allen Doty obtain that information? Is there any evidence that Israel Delamar Condit was referred to simply as "Delamar", since it seems logical that a poorly written or spoken "Delamar" could have been misconstrued as "Deliver"? Well, there is such a source; from Google Books, we have:
"A History of the Moravian Seminary for Young Ladies, at Bethlehem, Pa., with a Catalogue of its Pupils, 1785-1870, Fourth Edition" by William Cornelius Reichel, William H. Bigler, and Joseph Mortimer Levering, published for the Seminary (1901).
Page 471
[The listing for the Class of 1855 begins on Page 469]
"Jackson, Mary E. ........ d. of E. E. Jackson ........ m. Oct. 4, 1864, Delamar"
Dover, N.J. Condit, Milburn, N.J.
One would assume that information such as this would have been provided by the graduates, so Mary Edwinna Jackson must have called her husband "Delamar" to avoid confusion with her father-in-law.

From the following source, I ascertain that they probably never had any children [book obtained from Archive.org]:

"Christopher Marble Lee was born in Newport, October 18th, 1854. His father was Thomas J., and his mother Mary Lee. His education began in the public schools of Newport, and he graduated from there in July, 1873. In the fall of the same year he entered Brown University, and graduated from there in 1877. In the fall of that year he entered the office of Francis B. Peckham, city solicitor of Newport, and remained there two years. Being admitted to the bar in September, 1879, he began practicing law in Newport, and continued there until 1885. In that year here moved to Providence, and has continued in practice there ever since. He was married June 1st, 1881, to Laura C. Gardiner, youngest daughter of Aldridge B. Gardiner, of Providence. At the age of two and a half yers his parents removed to near Pittsburgh, Pa., where the family resided until his tenth year, when they again moved westward to Knox County, Ohio. Here he resided until 1854. In 1825, he was united in marriage to Miss Emily Allen, who died about 1830. In 1836 he was married to Miss Harriet Nightseer, with whom he traveled life's pathway for forty-four years, when, in 1880, she laid down the cares of earth and passed to her final rest. Of six children three sons are now living; B. K. Jackson of Washington, A. J. Jackson of this city, and J. N. Jackson of Unionville. He removed with his family to Logan Co., Ill., in the fall of 1854, and in January 1855 came to Mt. Pleasant township, locating on a farm adjoining Morrison. He followed the business of farming until about the year 1869, when he moved into the city, where he resided until his death. In 1870 he was elected Mayor of Morrison, and served one year. He was one of the twenty-two members who organized the Presbyterian church of this city at Unionville, March 28, 1855, and was elected at that time as one of two elders of the church, and exercised the functions of the office until failing health prevented. Through all his years in this community he led a quiet, unostentatious and christian life, and has gone to his grave leaving an unsullied name, honored and respected by all. The funeral services were held at the family residence, Rev. J.W. Skinner officiating.
Nathaniel and Emily Allen were cousins; both having Benjamin Jackson as a Grandfather.
