"The birth certificate for Elizabeth Williams (NYC # 18028) shows that she was born on 15 August 1903 at 128 Macon Street, Brooklyn, NY to Edward Lincoln Williams age 40 and Ellen M. Williams age 29. Edward was born in NYC and Ellen in Rupert, PA. Edward was a merchant. They had 2 previous children, all three of whom were then living.

"Elizabeth's social security number was 102-18-4437 issued in New York State on 15 August 1941 while she was employed at the Long Island Duck Picking Co in Eastport, NY. That document reports (correctly) that her father was Edward Lincoln Williams.

"Elizabeth's death certificate # 3766335 ( PA state file # #067476) indicates that she died at 10:05 p.m. on 31 July 1989 from 'cardiopulmonary failure', 'metastatic ovarian carcinoma' and 'S/P endocarditis' at Fellowship Manor in Whitehall, PA. The document reports that she suffered from valvular heart disease, CHF and S/PCVA. It tells us (incorrectly) that her father was John Williams and her mother (correctly) was Ellen Monroe.
