When I first saw Iora's name on the census image I thought the enumerator surely had it wrong. But her name was spelled that way on her death certificate also. That is IORA.

Iora's husband's surname was taken from her Ohio death records available at ancestry.com. Then a search was made at Rootsweb for a marriage of a Chrislip and Iora Jackson and Austin was found!

"Between 1903 and 1904, Nathanial moved the family from Minneapolis, Kansas down to Haskell, Oklahoma which was still part of the Indiana Territory. Oklahoma did not receive statehood until 1907. Nathanial opened a small hardware store and was active in the growing community. Nathanial served as city treasurer and mayor and was appointed by President Roosevelt as Postmaster of Haskell, Oklahoma. Nathanial passed away in Haskell, Oklahoma on 3 December 1922. Avie passed away 18 August 1926 also in Haskell, OK."
