Stella kept Books at Leabo Garage in Hamilton, Mo., for a number of years. She also worked at the International Shoe Factoy in Hamilton for several years, late 1940's until 1954. She later in the 1950's, and early 1960's ran her own restaurant at Springfield, Mo. Mansfield, Mo., Purdy, Mo., and Sarcoxie, Mo. Cause of death was double pneumonia."

Survivors, four sons, Jimmie, Bobby, Lindsey and Luther. three daughters, Mildred Wilder, Wynetta Morrison and Artie Allen. 20 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Also two sisters, Edna Keeney and Bonnie Malone, both of Oakdale. Interment in Crab Orchard Cemetery, Oakdale. (Morgan County News)
