"From the book "Some Central Texas Obituaries" compiled by the Milam County Genealogical Society there's an obit:
Mrs. Allie Pratt Jackson of Austin. Age 88. Died 4/1982 (Sat.) in Seton Hospital after a long illness. Services held (Monday) in the Salty Community Church. Burial in Salty Cemetery. Revs. Ed Wilder and Clarence Walton officiated. Phillips & Luckey, Rockdale, in charge of arrangements."She was born 1/5/1894 in Paris, Tx. to M/M. Charles Lee & Mollie Elliott Pratt. Survivors: 2 sons, Wayne Jackson of Austin and Norman Jackson of Dallas; daughter, Mrs. Allyne Griffin of Austin; sister, Mrs. Audy Albert of Corpus Christi; 7 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren."
Her son, Wayne's obit said his parents were Jess and Allie Stiles Jackson. So I'm unsure where they 'Stiles' names comes from. But a message on the Milam msg board does say that Allie was orphaned young; so perhaps Stiles is the name of the family that raised her.
7476. Wayne Jackson-16114
Note from J. Jackson, niece: "Wayne never married and had no children. After he came home from service in WWII, he settled in Austin and worked, I think, for a pharmacy. He soon got a job at The University of Texas in the chemistry department, and worked there until he retired. He purchased a home in Austin, and my Grandmother and Grandfather Jackson were living with him at the time of my grandfather's death. My grandmother lived with him until she died in 1982. I'll never forget that day -- both Grandmother and Uncle Wayne were patients in Seton Hospital in Austin, at opposite ends of the same floor. My grandmother died early that morning, and the longest walk I ever took was down that hall to Uncle Wayne's room to tell him that Grandmother had died."

And possibly the Sept month of death is also an error. At least the obit has Mar which agrees with the State records.

His middle name is taken from his WWI draft card. This card also has his wife's name plainly as Ollie, not Allie.
Sarah Ruthie 'Ollie' Thomas-16129
On her husband's WWI draft card her name is written plainly as Ollie, not Allie.
The following copied from a website which didn't say where they copied it from! It looks like info from a death certificate. I have checked several census records for Samuel D. and Martha Caffey Thomas but do not find any daughter by name of Sarah, Ruth or Ollie in them. So I remain puzzled about Sarah's parents. Perhaps she wanted to be called by a different name? Perhaps a study of Thomas genealogy would answer some questions.
